Judge Barnack fails to use forensic evidence to find the truth in cases he presides over. He has a belief that he is able to determine truth through simply listening to a persons testimony. This false perception Is invalidated in almost every scientific study. What this approach allows is pathological liars to manipulate the courts. Mr Barnack lacks the intelligence to see through these histrionic fabricators which makes it impossible for him to serve fairly in his official capacity. Furthermore judge Barnack fails to disclose conflicts in cases that come before him. This [redacted] activity can be a huge benefit or detriment to litigants that come before the court depending on the side you’re on, but this creates unjust opinions.

I had to appear before judge Barnack from two counties over in a very high profile stalking case. Judge barnack spent 5 hours listening to evidence and false evidence put on my the petitioner. He could tell that this high profile individual was untruthful, but he didn’t charge her with perjury, even though text messages proved she was lying. In the end judge barnack dismissed the stalking case. I personally believe he is a very smart guy, he favors prosecutors and police more than what I would like to see, but a lot of judges do. Overall, if I lived in Jackson county, I would vote for his re-election.

I witnessed a few of the hearings presented to Judge Barnack and he was very respectful and fair, based on evidence. He is progressive, thoughtful, and wise. A good man who I hope one day gets to serve on a higher seat.

Judge Barnack is awesome. He is a great "judge" in that he can sniff out garbage very fast and can also tell when a person in front of him needs a break. He has dismissed several of my cases simply because the charges were not appropriate, even though technically correct. At the same time, when someone needs to get whacked, he will do it - especially on repeat DUIIs
