Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: OR416
Rating:1.0
Comments:
Once made a domestic violence victim put on a sweater because she thought her blouse was "inappropriate". Terrible judge; has been unclear on basic concepts and yet now is an appellate judge, despite being the most reversed judge in Lane County.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: OR154
Rating:5.0
Comments:
She is on her way to becoming as bad as Ted Carp was. She has a habit of ignoring evidence and apparently deciding who she likes or who she wants to win. In order to avoid reversal at the court of appeals, Judge Mooney has a tendency to do what Ted Carp did, gratuitously ignore the greater weight of the evidence and then makes findings on the record that party disfavored in her eyes is not credible, knowing that adverse credibility findings make it very difficult for the aggrieved party to prevail on appeal.
