Unfair, prejudice, and unethical. Literally destroyed my life, after I was illegally searched, as a passenger of a car pulled over for speeding, by a police officer who had harassed me in the past, but was never able to "bust" me for anything. I was found with a couple of marijuana stems. Judge Philip Nelson rewarded the officer's illegal search by enforcing the $650 fine. He then intentionally added a 6 month suspension to my drivers licence, even though he knew I live 25 miles from the nearest grocery store, 8 miles from drinking water, and now have no way to legally survive. I consider Philip L. Nelson about as honorable as a murderer.
