This judge was kind and patient. She understood what we were going through and tried to explain her decision carefully. She did not decide everything in my favor, but it was fair.

This Judge had absolutely no desire to do her job and rushed us in and out of civil court the other day. I was allowed to say four words... "I came into this" when she jumped down my throat assuming she knew what I was going to say... and she was so wrong. Being an off duty peace officer, and sole provider for my family of six... I just sat there stunned and was not going to say anything to be found in contempt and risk problems with my job. My wife and I were victims of fraudulant behavior concerning a local company and a brake job... she gave them all the time in the world to plea their case... lying in the process... as a peace officer, I take being under oath very seriously and was completely stunned by her behavior towards me.. I have never met or spoken to her before, but she had it out for me before I said anything... what a shame... when she first took to the bench as a curry county judge... I had really hoped she would do good and be a welcome change with some new blood into the curry county court system... I am still just completely stunned by this whole thing... then to see court clerk after our case standing in the hall laughing with the two representatives from the company we were at odds with while we had to walk between them to get out was just completely tasteless and unprofessional....
