Judge Mendiguren is prone to outbursts when he is overwhelmed and is easily manipulated by those who know him. He lied to cover up his incompetence after mistakenly signing a warrant request and ordering the use of whiteout to remove his signature. Please visit - judgingthejudge.org

Judge Mendiguren is not a good judge. He does not read the materials the parties submit, is constantly late, does not pay attention to what is going on and lashes out at attorneys and litigants. He has also been sanctioned by the Oregon Supreme Court. There are rare good days with Judge Mendiguren when his pleasant, funny side comes out and he can pay nearly full attention to what is going on.
