Fair and hardworking.

Civil Litigation - Govt.

One of the best judges I have ever come across. He is always fair, is always willing to listen, seems committed to reaching the right decision (as much as is possible), has admitted when he is wrong and has the most patience I have ever seen. Unlike a lot of judges, he seems to take his position very seriously without letting it get to his head. I wish more judges were as humble, fair and hard working as Judge Angelos.

Civil Litigation - Private

This judge is the worst that I have encountered in nine years of practice. He is clearly unfamiliar with civil family law litigation but doesn't ask any questions to educate himself during oral argument. Then he comes up with a decision completely contrary to the law and merely orders "denied" or "granted," with no explanation in the order, even where an explanation is required under the case law. (This has happened multiple times.)
