Criminal Defense Lawyer

Rating:1.2
Comments:
Judge Rogers, was the worst! He dismissed my petition based on the fact that he thought I was trying to get out of my responsibility or caring for my daughter and because he did not want to mess with the child support that my ex is getting. He was very rude and acted as if I was annoying him with my petition and had the heir of a bully and did not site any law to back up his position. He should be removed from the bench as no one has had anything good to say about him.

Comments:
Judge Rogers didn't try the case based on the facts or even the matter before the court. He denied the plaintiff the opportunity to present supporting evidence and refused to hear from witnesses. This resulted in his releasing a 2 year old child into the hands of a mother convicted of assault on two ocassions when if the court had heard the case and supporting evidence of abuse at the hands of the mother he would have ruled in the best interest of the child. Instead Judge Rogers discriminated against the plaintiff and reduced his parental rights with no evidence of any wrong doing on behalf of the plaintiff with provisions in the order to have his rights terminated altogether.
