The Honorable Judge District Magistrate Joseph L. Schafer was a Dedicated Public Servant as the Supervisor of Center Township in Beaver County. Judge Schafer was known throughout the Township responding to Citizens, Businesses, and Constituents' needs, concerns, and grants to improve and make the Center Township one of the finest places with Beaver County and Western Pennsylvania. It was Supervisor Schafer Sacrifice of his Private Time-Life for his Public Duties that caught the eye of The Honorable Governor Ed Rendell that appointed him to District Justice due to knowing the Commonwealth Professional, Political, and Legal Code of Ethical Behavior Compliance.
