Which event is more tragic, young woman? Having your precious rich toosh touched once or seeing someone die of a heart attack in the cell next to you because the cos who are supposed to keep us safe don't respond to a call button and trying to save someone's life from inside a cement box. Tell me... Which?

Of all sins forbidden by the Ten Commandments, the most vile — worse than murder, in a way, because it so eloquently speaks to the perpetrator’s moral fiber — is “bearing false witness against thy neighbor.” Specifically, speaking falsely against someone to damage them civilly or criminally; framing them.

Other sins can be, if not excused, at least explained by the truism that we all have faults. Decent people fall into error and do terrible things. You or I might commit a murder out of passion; steal out of desperation; commit adultery because we’re all too human. These offenses don’t necessarily sum up a person’s character. Bearing false witness does. If I know that a person has tried to harm another through false witness, that’s all I need to know. That deed requires a special kind of evil: a lack of decency and empathy so profound that I can’t comprehend it.

In closure, I am going to say at least I've taken these life experiences, have been sober and out of trouble a long while, am finally enjoying life again, but the longer I disregard and not process the whole thing the more the pain grows. Felt this 2qs a fair forum to discuss it. Actually in a few tears now. whatever.

It wasn't the time I cared about, really, but what was taken from me was any inherent trust I had left in the human race (after my mother gave me up at birth, so little). And so many opportunities and so many connections with other people. Why were there no news crew there the day he let me go? Yet tons as he kept continuing it. I do pray nightly for the souls of those involved here. There's absolutely no way to avoid the tragic fate (to clarify, going down rather than up whenever your time comes) if you don't address the sins.2

Oh, the power of only a 5-letter word; "sorry". All I have wanted from anyone here. And I wish I could modify my monologue but I don't believe I can.

I hope that young lady eventually went or is going for law. She would be one of the types that should honestly be wearing a robe.

In short, this courtroom is surely a kangaroo court on a daily basis (so much so that afterwards I didn't even care for anything more than to move on.. but now I need accountability from everyone for me to properly trust society again.), and the people that live there freely allow the corruption. EVERYONE that resides in Radnor are all complete clowns. Eventually the girl whose naivety lead to this fiasco finds it in her heart to apologize as well, some day. Now that she's done making me sit in hell on earth because she has finals coming up and can't participate/provide me the decency to face my accuser sooner rather than after her damn chemistry exam, which she might have failed. HAHA. I guarantee you unless the conscience was trained out of her entirely, she's old enough now she might want to know the fiasco has ruined my name to this day. In my heart I want her to find it in herself to come to me and for my souls sake I wouldn't even want her name other than to know what happened in that lineup. Maybe she'll see it here after I blast this sites popularity with social media traffic?!

He knowingly allowed me to sit through a case of mistaken identity where I had proof I was elsewhere at the time of the crime. 8 or 9 months , 7-8 months following him knowing I was not the participant. He shouldn't have been reinstated anywhere at all... He is the reincarnation of all that is evil about greed and power, and shows he represents people like that as well. He is going to Hell, I assure you.

Honestly, I have a negative opinion of him. He does not have a legal degree, which I think is one of the biggest factors that determines a person's competence.

He regularly accepts court cases that are petty. At a Jerry Springer level. He prosecutes people without evidence, and forces them into "diversion" programs that he makes a lot of money from. They're not legal programs, because contractually forcing defendents into a guilty plea based on the promise of better treatment is a violation of the 5th amendment. He gets teenagers to plead guilty to things that are not actually crimes. Like being caught underage drinking at their parents' house. It's a crime to serve minors alcohol, and it's a crime to negligently allow them to drink, but it's not actually a crime for a teenager to drink once. Not in the sense that they should be criminally prosecuted. That's just predatory.

The same goes for drug users. They need a hospital bed for 72 hours to detox and a list of people in NA to call. They don't need to be sent to prison. They're obviously quite destitute to have that drug problem. Incarcerating people for being sick is called being a Nazi.

I have to see the judge because a police officer in Radnor Township, Radnor, PA named Michael Fischer accused me of drug possession and grand theft auto. Because I disrespected him. Talk about abuse of process.

I can clearly prove I own my car, and that I repeatedly have tested negative for drugs. The fact of the matter is that it still costs a lot of money to contest matters in court.

Here will be the ultimate test:

Will Judge Leon Hunter prove that he is a fair and just person by forgiving me for judging him and recognizing that he is subject to criticism by the very statutes of the legal system as defined by the Supreme Court, or will he double down and judge me all the way by sending me to prison with no evidence?

If he sends me to prison because I am unpleasant, he won't like what several Senators, advocacy groups, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the FBI have to say about it.

Surely he can accept being judged for a very short moment. If not, he'll end up being judged by people far worse than my obnoxiously loud mouth.

He's already accepted this vexatious litigation into his court system.

The police officer lied in multiple places on his police report.

Neither of them know that they're being monitored by the FBI.

I'm a veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan. This kind of predatory behavior by supposedly esteemed members of society will not be acceptable.
