Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comments:
I hate to trash a judge, but Chudzik is a product of one of the most corrupt court systems in PA - a former assistant D.A. in Lancaster County, where the flagrant abuse of the U.S. Constitution and defendants' rights are the norm. I've been in private practice here for 20+ years and, sadly, it is never going to change. Especially so when Common Pleas Court and Superior Courts are rubber stamps for the courts below them.

Comments:
Currently being sued by ACLU [Redacted] for very good reasons. Chudzik should have recused himself when a friend, who was a major donor and who also attended his church came into his court with me as a defendant. Please note that every legal expert whom I have spoken agrees that the prosecution did not meet the burden of prima facie so I went to prison for an alleged crime I did Not commit. Moreover, the mock case did not even qualify to be in the criminal court or even the civil court! So WHY!

Comments:
Lazy cant even take time to look at evidence
ignorant he acts as if I was wasting his time
Unfair judgements
does not follow the Pennsylvania laws
Unprofessional and denying people of the human rights

You can tell he does not take his job seriously and doesn't even want to be there. He is breaking Pennsylvania laws and its time he retires and someone looks into all the cases he handled. His decisions affect peoples lives and its time we have a judge who will take their job serious.

Comments:
Arrogant, egotistical; does not give a sense that he represents justice and fairness. Comes across as cocky and makes his mind up before the trail even starts. Try's to intimidate and does not respect due process or a defendant's right to be represented.
