Litigant

Comments:
I went before this judge in a civil matter and she would ask me a question and as soon as I started to talk, cut me off. In the end, I tried to explain my position and she actually turned to a bailiff and said, "take him out of here". Really? I brought friends with me and they couldn't believe it. In the end, I withdrew my case because I couldn't be bothered. I guess that was what the judge wanted.

Comments:
My limited experience with this judge is that she lacks integrity, relies on extrajudicial information she should not, and does nothing to curtail improprieties, or the appearance of impropriety w/in CCCCP. Seems to be more political than judicious.
