Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: PA322
Rating:2.3
Comments:
Per Consiliatory Office, I was allowed to run a Custody trial as a Pro Se litigant. He came out on the bench and only spoke with the opposing attorney. The judge then asked me one question and then picked up the file and walked off the bench without any due process. As he walked off the bench I raised my voice, ”your honor my children are being neglected.” No response. My children wanted to go back to 50-50 shared custody and the judge did not even ask where the children were to speak to them.
