Read the first rating. She should have been off the bench a long time ago. Her demeanor is appalling and a disgrace to the legal profession....

This judge never read the background of my case. She continued to estimate my earning capacity as a full-time nurse when I was never full-time to begin with. She hounded and bullied me to get the Title IV-D funding she needed. After enjoying sending me to prison at my ex-husband’s forceful recommendation, I only lasted one week, as the prison would not give me my prescription medications. Five months later even after having a heart attack she had me in a Support-Contempt hearing and did not even care about my cardiologist paperwork that was submitted two weeks prior. She handed me a Physician Verification Form, wanting my family doctor to fill it out and bring it back to her within seven days stating, ”this was the only thing keeping you out of jail today.” Had I not won my case in Superior Court I would have been dead by now.
