Comments:
I think one of the worst things a person could do is to be disrespectful to the judiciary. I dealt with Judge Hanna in a family law case for a few years. The case was eventually transferred to New York. By the end of it all I lodge a formal complaint with PA Judicial council against Judge Hanna. I was looking at entire court system as unfair. I stool pro se (I am not a lawyer) in front of the appellate court in Pittsburgh telling them how unfair Judge Hanna had been to me. The two other Judges I dealt with on a couple of occasions Judge Martin and Olson were fair kind objective well informed and not once did they make a decision entirely in my favour. I pleaded with the appellate court to remand my case to Judge Martin. I am thankful to these two judges for their time and diligence to hear my case and most of hall for their fairness and objectivity and not one will anybody hear me complain. As far Judge Hanna goes she was making decision in a way that would be hurtful to me . In other words she was emotionally abusive. All I can say is good riddance since she has recently retired and I hope to god that I have never hear about her or see her. She inflicted a lot of pain on me.
