Comments:
Judge Pam Dembe was a past acquaintance of mine in the 15th Ward when Bernice DeAngelis and Sen Frank Lynch were in office. Several years ago I was challenged in my run for city councilmen at large. What shocked me was Pam heard my case in her private courtroom as President Judge at the time. Oddly, the person who I suspected of the challenge appeared in the courtroom after the verdict. His name is Kevin Boyle and he worked for another councilman Bill Greenlee. Bill I knew too was running for office at the time. Why wasn't this challenge held by those judges appointed to handle such things? Why her? The courtroom was empty except for me and my lawyer, and a lawyer from Kevin Dougherty's law firm, the subpoena server, and owner. Kevin Dougherty has ties with the Boyle brothers and they all had ties with Seamus McCafrey, a person I was in the police academy in 1970. The connect lines in this incident seem very suspicious and nothing was left to chance. Pam (Cohan) Dembe should not have heard this case because of conflict. She even stated, go home to your wife and enjoy your retirement.I am seeking legal help but must wait for more information in the way of e mails. But can you help now? Frank Graff
