This judge should be removed from the bench. She is soft on crime. She has a distinct bias toward the felon. She ia a disgrace to the robe. She has no consideration for the victims of a crime and for some strange reason empathizes witht the felon. If I didn't see it for myself I wouldn't believe it.

The Judge demonstrated a bias toward the defendant from the beginning of the case until final sentencing. For some reason this judge believes it her moral obligation to rehabilitate the convicted felon rather than punish him. The courtroom felt more like a social services appointment than a sentencing hearing for a felon conviced of homocide by vehicle. The judge gave the defendant and his family every opportunity to talk about what a great guy the defendant is with no consideration of the horrific crime he committed. I felt like I was in an episode of the Twilight Zone. This judge needs to go. She is too empathetic to the convicted criminal and not supportive enough of the innocent victim. In this case the innocent victim is my mother, who the defendant killed.
