Comments:
My civil case was assigned to Matos in 2019. In 2020 I noticed my change of address, which has disappeared. The forwarding order from USPS expired March 2021. Soon after it expired, Matos mailed me a briefing order, to the wrong address, on purpose. USPS returned it to his clerk with a yellow sticker reflecting my new address. That returned letter has disappeared. Today Matos defaulted me, because he arranged for me to have no notice or opportunity to be heard and he directed clerks to destroy US mail and evidence. Deviously clever.

Comments:
Judge Matos misses his old job as a federal prosecutor. In 2013, when he didn't know I was in a detention center, he scheduled a phony hearing for his courtroom. Thinking I'd be there, he then contacted various law agencies and had them hide in his chambers to jump me if I appeared. I only found out through the Freedom of Information Act. Afterwards, original paper court records disappeared from my court file. He is unethical and sneaky.
