Horrible judge conits will not consider your income when placing financial resposibilities on you. She also does not care about primary caregiver facts and will place children with whomever has the money

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: SC69
Rating:2.2
Comments:
Completely unfair when deciding a 'runner case' of ex-wife leaving upon ex-husband arriving to SC to be near child. Not only did she allow ex-wife to depart the state but she forced ex-husband to pay for ex-wife's patty's fees.

If you get this judge, pray that you can get a continuance or anything to get another judge. She does not prepare (she has asked to be reminded, quote, WHY AM I HERE?), she refuses to read documents provided by council and is biased towards the attorneys, AKA, if she doesn't like your attorney, you're screwed, she's going to rule against you. She acts annoyed to be even be there, hello you're the JUDGE! It's your job, if you don't like it go get a job at Pizza Hut! This person should NOT be in this position, she has zero disregard for the children and families involved.

Comments:
Judge Conits disregarded many Due Process Rights and Rules. She ruled prior to all parties being heard even after she was informed that her office and the opposing attorneys had 'overlooked' a valid motion for continuance and all parties were not present.
