Comments:
I observed this court and found a very professional and well-conducted courtroom. I was the plaintiff and the defendant made claims that he could prove his defense if he was able to bring his phone into the courthouse. He was offered the ability to get his phone by this magistrate and came up with another excuse. I did feel that this mover ran off with 1/2 my property secreting them 4hrs from my home at $1700+ moving cost I incurred and intentionally damaged every item of mine. I was awarded judgment for my damaged items but not the cost for the mover I had to hire. Something is better than nothing but what message did this mover get from all this. It appears adding costs to customers move by secreting their items have no consequence. I was not the first victim and can guarantee won't be the last.
