She allowed my daughters to go back to their Dad's after their stepmom admitted physical abuse, and both daughters testified in front of their abuser and the judge. The judge ordered a three-month protection order, and then made them go back to where the abuser lives. My daughter has written to Judge Kearns, stating that she no longer wants to live there.
