Civil Litigation - Private

Comments:
Judge Shelton felt it necessary to give my child to his mother for 3 weekends a month, despite the fact that she has been unstable in her home, has a felony drug conviction (since he was born) and was recently beat up by her boyfriend. She grilled my ex on all of these things and seemed appauled at my ex's choices, and still choose to put my child in harms way. She also ignored the testomony of a Liscensed Family Therapist who has been seeing my son for over a year and feels that his mother is a danger to him. Judge Shelton had her mind made up before any of us ever walked into the court room. This is wrong and she should not be allowed to play with any childs life and safety in the manner that she has.
