Pathetic excuse for a judge. To allow a rapist to walk away with a $400 fine is a slap in the face to victims everywhere. I hope you read this and feel ashamed of yourself.

A judge who accepts a plea bargain deal allowing an accused rapist to walk free is a judge who should never walk into another courthouse. You are a dispicable man.

He didn't follow up on his own orders in determining judgement. He was bias from the start. Don't know if it is true but was told by more than a few that his wife left him and he remains bitter and prides himself on making women in his court pay. He also looked past prior assaults and later a conviction of domestic violence in my divorce case when determining child custody of my then very young children ages 4&2. May I add I was beat in the HEB parking lot while our young children were strapped in there car seats screaming and crying. Plus the two young female witnesses who should up to testify on my behalf he seemed to dismiss while listening and let the attorney badger them without a word. He was useless. They were young MCC students who im sure felt bullied and intimidated by my ex nonthe less it was probably their first time ever in court. Strothers didn't thank them for their community service as they were the ones whom called the police that afternoon and showed up in court. Strothers later showed bias again when graciously thanking my ex for his service in the army negating a thanks to myself for supporting my ex and keeping family and home intact thru the war and went on to talk about his grandsons service too. He failed and neglected to review his own court ordered psychological evaluations that he specifically requested be completed by Dr.Lee Carter stating he respects and holds in high regard at Waco Psychological Associates. That report determined and diagnosed my ex as having NPTD NARCISSISTIC PERSONALITY TRAIT DISORDER and he himself (Dr.Carter) would recommend standard visitation. Strothers is a poor judge of law, character, integrity and the moral values of what our community is in need of
I hope he is replaced with someone who seeks justice, unity, and the moral values we lack for our community to prosper. He is a bitter judgmental old man I feel sorry for him. He like us all will have stand alone on judgement day. I have no hate for him only disappointment. In my eyes and all that I've seen in the years that followed his order as judge ruined my life, my family, my children's peace/safety and the experience of a home life I have and will cont to do my best for my children despite what he so quickly disregarded as another day at work. He alone destroyed my faith in justice and our system that day as he failed me and my children. Please remember judges your dockets maybe full it may be another divorce, criminal case etc your only human but never forget it is more than a court order/judgement it's a life, little lives, all lives are affected, it's like a ripple in a pond/ never ending and you change it forever. Take time for us. May you be given the same mercies you have given to others.
