Comments:
This judge screwed me over in a divorce/custody case that permanently ruined my relationship with my child for the rest of our lives. The case was finalized in 2010. My ex broke custody rules constantly, but nothing happened. He finally resorted to reporting my attorney, his attorney, and all of the court-appointed professionals that could help me to their respective licensing/overseeing agencies for false claims. E.g., He reported my Attorney to the state bar for eight false allegations. He did the same to the appointed Dr. Marta Otera “reunification therapist”; he also threatened her so she was scared to continue. There were a few other people who were scared of my ex, and would not continue with my case Judge Catterton did nothing about any of this, though he was fully cognizant of the facts. He just wanted our 10 year long case off of his docket.
