Before I said anything in her Court she looked at me and said in my court we follow the law. Then she proceeded to say this is not the law but this is what we do in my court. She was rude and a bully and I look forward to the day when she is no longer on the bench.

Judge Haddock does not concern herself with details such as evidence. Picks and chooses what she will listen to and is rude to both attorneys and clients. Too busy on her computer to even listen and has to play catch up after motions are made. I will definitely be voting against her in this next election!

A simple google search will show that she is a danger to civil society. Acts like a dictator. Should be barred

I can't stand this judge, we meet to make sure to not vote for her on Election Day! My 6 year old son was sexually abused by his dad's cousin, we went to court with my Atty, his dad represented himself, and judge haddock called my son a LIAR, and didn't do anything about it! He has been in therapy with Alliance for Children the last 11 months for the sexual abuse, because she didn't do her job I still had to release my son with his dad who can take him around the same cousin. Heartbroken ??, the court system is unreliable and in my case doesn't protect children!

The worst judge having the 233 district court. She ruins the parent child relationship.

Terrible and a danger to children. She allows children to be in the custody of abusers. A disgrace to the robe.

does not hear cases, does not let attorney's present evidence in favor of fathers, resets court date TWICE and sends child home with known confirmed testing positive for multiple drug/alcohol 5 times limit after court last time in system and just orders another drug test? What in the world? Is this some horror story? Must the child die at the hands of her mother just because she is a female?

U have no idea what you're talking about you haven't been in this situation so you have no clue it has nothing to do with her being my girlfriend has to do with the facts the father hadn't seen the kid in two years and all the sudden wants to be a dad and does whatever he can to make her life miserable so I don't care how often U sit in a courtroom you don't know what's going on and if you did you would think totally different

If you were a witness then you were excluded by The Rule so you really have no idea what was considered, further your statement is obviously biased in favor of your girlfriend. From someone that is in the court almost daily, Judge Haddock is a seasoned, intelligent, fair and considerate judge. I'll bet the other side of this case has an entirely different story.

I was just recently in judge Haddocks courtroom and there was definitely a miscarriage of justice on that day I was there is a witness for my girlfriend in the case and never got to testify I had seen and heard many things that contradicted what was being said on the other side. how someone can call that justice is beyond me the judge had her mind made up before the case even started.it was a child custody case and I was appalled at the way it was done. the father had done everything to buy only the orders. Yet she lost the case The judge was arrogant pompous and didn't even listen to or look at the other evidence I always thought it was what was in the best interest of the child but in this case it definitely wasn't. its really sad In our society when people don't have the childs best interest win. you could not ask for a better mother
That she is to her child. I hope the judge Can sleep at night so I agree with the other person's comments.except this time it was a mother who got screwed

Men have come to expect the short-end of the stick in the 233rd District Court and Haddock’s loathing was neither shocking nor unexpected. Judge Haddock’s misandry crossed several boundaries and reflected poorly on Judge Harris and the 233rd. Comments to litigants like, “See this robe, it is magic . . . it can make people do anything,” are standard fare in the Haddock courtroom and typify her egotistical courtroom demeanor. Judge Haddock’s comments to Veterans with regard to her position on prolonged deployments and their impact on the family are shocking. Haddock commented, “I don’t care about your medals, I don’t care about your service and I will not hear it as an excuse in my court.” This distain for the impact of Service in the War on Terror is antithetical to Family values and demeans the impact of military service on the family. Haddock strongly infers if you can’t afford an attorney you don’t have a voice in my court; discouraging commentary for the multitude of Fathers financially crippled by divorce.

Haddock is a person who, by virtue of her position, can manifest an enormous ego and pronounce astoundingly erroneous judgment on men who must cower to her or be further removed from the children they love.
