This judge is a joke. I have seen him throw the book at kids for minor things like running away but, I have seen this man let so many others side. One child I witnessed the case of had multiple family violence charges, purse snatching, drug charges, assault public servant charges and was let go with not even a fine. One person had car theft, burglary, family violence, running away, citing off and destruction of GPS bracelet, 10+ charges of assault public servant and was taken from parent(s) with no court hearing or enforceable paperwork and placed with mentally disabled non related neighbors and put out illegal "no contact orders" I was told just recently the child after a year of getting slapped on the wrist and told "don't do it again" was put at a treatment center through tjjd.
