Rating:1.0
Comments:
Has to be the most incompetent judge in Texas. Lack of knowledge regarding law, no weight given to case precedent, flip flops because he's too spineless to stand behind his rulings, and took a 2 hour case, and dragged it out over a period 6 years. No common sense and absolutely no moral compass other than thinking he is above all others.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: TX830
Rating:1.0
Comments:
Worst judge ever. He cannot make a decision in a case, does not enforce his orders, does not bother to read his cases prior to the hearings, does NOT know the law, allows cases to drag on for months to the detriment of litigants and at tremendous cost to the parties and the county. Sinz should be removed from the bench.

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: TX724
Rating:1.3
Comments:
It's confusing when he says that he will not hear a complaint nor make decision without both parties are present, however he then purposely makes judgemental comments infront of defendant without hearing defendant's reasons for desiring fair representation of attorney. This seems very childish as well as opposite what actions a "Judge" should stand for. This behavior was not only shocking, but disappointing as prior to this, allegiance to our Countries legal system was never a question in my mind.

Litigant

Comment #: TX687
Rating:1.0
Comments:
Ignorant of State and Federal laws, and has a tendency to allow proceedings to drag out without any point or direction, and tends to nod off during proceedings. Throughout the county, the word 'spineless' is often used by those describing him, as he has no ability to stand behind his own rulings, nor his orders, whatsoever, no matter how many times they are violated.
