Demeanor is inappropriate. Acts as though she’s auditioning for a role in a high school play. Our team of reporters has now recorded her 7x for our investigative reporting. She is easily swayed by other judges family members who practice before her. We have documented one specific individual who consistently states”questionable “ service, she falls for it every time. Never once has she asked for details. Our team went to the PFA division, verified perfect service every time. Our expose’ will regrettably confirm the numerous complaints we investigated as being accurate. She has put innocent lives in danger by her ongoing refusal to include law enforcement when litigants attempt to recover belongings. We found this to be consistent repeatedly. Nearby counties insist on law enforcement officers as vital. She blows off requests and her demeanor is obvious as to her lack of understanding the seriousness of the situation. Our unbiased reporting series shows her flippant style as compared to 4 other justices. Sadly it may be too late for victims she had rely on her for justice.

Carmen E Bosch allowed my daughter to remain I a home that I had reported finding pictures of her online naked on social media done in the home she left her in. She never let me speak in court denied every motion or affidavit I filed. My daughter was 12 at this time after terminating my rights by violating state laws federal laws and allowing false evidence from Department of Human Resources. My daughter was adopted out and I found out recently that she was raped while she was in the system in the very foster home that I reported. She is allowing these people to destroy families she's a [Redacted by Ed.] unjust person I won't even call her a judge she has no right to judge me [Redacted by Ed.]

It has been five years since our first court date & nothing at all has changed. The mother of my step daughter is still successfully withholding time from us because of Judge Bosch and her terrible choices. She never heard our side of the story. She was clearly paid off by my husbands ex who is remarried to a rich guy that paid for this woman to rule the way she did. [Redacted]They also hired the attorney that pays for her political campaign. many years lost, many sleepless nights, time that cannot be given back stolen over [Redacted], and the other party. I feel really sorry for her in eternity, [Redacted][Redacted]
The first time I ever met this Judge, I was only allowed to answer the other parties question while on the stand, when I tried to correct a lie her attorney told, Bosch so rudely told me to shut up in HER courtroom and that I had no right to speak. I was trying to tell the truth. You should seriously be ashamed of yourself Bosch!

Judge Bosch is anything than honorable. People like her, with far too much power and very little heart, are the reason why I firmly believe in psych evaluations being mandatory for judges. As a mother herself, I do not know how she can sleep at night knowing that she has ruined the lives of many juveniles, both in juvenile court and within the family court side. As many know already, those in power within Baldwin County are corrupt and have no regard for the laws of the state or the country. Only here have I seen police reports "disappear", important documents fail to be scanned into court files, and public defenders be allowed to represent a "client", who will have to pay for their crap services, without so much as a glance at the said clients file. Only here have I seen a judge talk so disrespectfully to others, yet demand respect in her court room. Judge Bosch knows exactly what she has done to my family and many others, ripping away a child with mental illness from his home, his family, from his support system, and giving him a harsh, open ended punishment. Any push back on what her sentence was ensures you even worse treatment in her court. She smiles as she grossly misuses her power and displays the most unethical behavior I have ever seen in any human being. I can only hope that she will vacate that bench sooner rather than later.

Those that have been affected by Judge Bosch MUST speak up. File complaints, hold her and her minions in Baldwin County accountable, do not be afraid. Closed mouths mean she gets to further her long stretch of victims and remain in a position of power.

How can you take a child away and send her to the worst possible environment without hearing the mother's side of story without even contacting or GETTING FACTS ALL THAT WAS GIVEN WAS FALSE AND ACCUSATIONS SO EX MOTHER-IN-LAW COULD GAIN CUSTODY I pray for all the children that been taking away by this judge Alabama needs to step up and see what's going on innocent children that are being taken away by wonderful loving parents

This judge shocked me this time. I've been before her prior in a child support and paternity case. In those she was fair and she asked for evidence in the few custody cases prior to mine i heard about however, she did not do this in mine. Judge Bosh never questioned the agency on why the caseworker that found it so necessary to remove my children wasn't' in court, nro was her direct supervisor. Judge Bosh allowed the Supervisor that was there who had only became involved in the case after my call to the state to submit a report into evidence dated 10/6/20 when prior to 10/22/20, this agency had never been in my home. Judge bosh allowed The supervisor to lie on the stand stating the police have been in my home twice in 5 months when they've never been in my home. Judge Bosh allowed Emails between me and the agency prior to me dropping the safety plan to be entered into evidence because i didn't know what was going on as i'd never had an open case. Judge bosh never found it strange that i was accused of my daughters medication specifically by this agency yet ironically they didn't know they kinds of medications she took. I wasn't given 72 hours to prepare my innocence, i fired my lawyer cause he agreed with the corruption. Judge bosh allowed the GAL to make fun of my marriage iwthout correction, Judge Bosh made my husband leave but he was accused in the case as well. JUDGE BOSH didn't give a damn about my son's forged name on the safety plan. she let the GAL Tell me that was irrelevant. ACCORDIGNG TO HER REPORT MY KIDS WERE IMPROPERLY CARED FOR, I AM A BAD PARENT. UM THIS AGENCY FEARED THE SAFETY OF MY CHILDREN. WE WENT TO COURT THE 27TH but magically in her report their dated report is the 28th? So she allowed them to submit a report the day of or after court? Without me seeing it as part of discovery? I still haven't bene told how she was so confident in making me seem unfit. Funny though, the GAL has till yet to meet my children. No home study has been done in my home. So when people wanna lie you get your parents rights taken for nothing? I GOT THE MOST INTERESTING THING THE OTHER DAY, FAKE COURT ORDER, not signed by the judge but her name is printed on it. It has no filer. Jody wise didn't sign or seal it. It said i had to take a hair follicle, urine,k and nair nail test. Judge offered to pee test in court that day. I'm not in paralegal school for nothing I'm not a Notary Public for the State of Alabama at large for nothing your honor. I plan to appeal this to the highest court if I have to. Now with all due respect, I've done nothing wrong here, please correct your report. You don't want people committing libel and defamation against you neither do I and that your honor is what you did. this agency has never been in my home or offered me andy type of service to keep my kids there. There were no allegations of child abuse harm neglect or anything. I'm not on drugs nor is my husband never have been, and the fact that your not requiring the burden of proof be met, is shameful to say the least God Bless.

I have already posted concerning the loss of my children, with this judge. When it came to the financial part, I was awarded 8% of the total marital assests. My attorney filed an Appeal, which I won. The other side took it to the Supreme Court, where I also won. I was awarded an additional $25,000. When it came to receiving this amount, she refused. How can a lower court judge not abide by a State Supreme Court decision? She is a big fish in a little pond, who believes she can do whatever she wants with no ramifications. If I had the money, I would take this back to the Appeals Court. The reason she still sits on the bench is because she's had no one run against her, NOT because she is a good judge. The day she no longer sits on that bench, will give hope to the families of this Baldwin County Court

Forced a non-custodial parent to urinate in front of a deputy without a crime having been committed in order to see child despite that they were clean each time.
Forced a grandparent to not be able to see a grandchild without a crime having been committed. Both the dad and grandmother grieved themselves to death literally dying within six months of each other. Humiliated father in the divorce and child custody hearings. This judge is friends with the custodial parent and it is unethical for her to preside over any of this for a friend.

I fought for my children for 12 years. She completely disregarded many contempt orders against my ex-husband. I hired a GAL, as well as a Child Trauma Specialist. She ignored, as well as cut them off in court. Both ruled in favor of bringing back full custody. She kept postponing my court dates. One of my attorneys told me, "This judge will not ever change her original decision, as that would say, she made a bad decision" She ruined my children's childhood and left me without my two youngest children. Parental Alienation is real and it is damaging children's well being, and preventing them from being connected with the family they deserve I believe with all my heart, Parental Alienation is Child Abuse. That is also this judge's doing. My children, now grown have emotional and addiction problems. Their dad is and never has been a good father. He just didn't want to give them his time. He and his parents are extremely wealthy and Carmen Bosch allowed herself to be influenced by that. Carmen Bosch is NOT in the best interest of Alabama's children!

I would disagree with the comments stating she is a fair and unbiased judge. You apparently havent done your research. She is very experienced. 10 years ago, she was an excellent judge, but like so many others, the power has gone to her head and her decisions are based more on her own gain than doing what is right. I was a witness to a child custody case in which one party should have never been given full custody based on state laws. As it turns out, the opposing party was married to someone who worked for a very good friend of hers. Of course, it couldn't be proven that she was biased. The other party would have never even known if the opposing party and new wife hadn't told on themselves. Sadly, she isnt the judge she started out as.

The Judge’s divorce ruling in retrospect seems pretty fair. She considered the many issues concerning stepchildren in her ruling.

Normally I would address a Judge As Honorable. But She is not honorable at all. She judges by the mood she is in. She has handled cases she should have not handled due to the fact she had connections to one party or the other. She has ruined several Children's lives that I am fully aware of. I wittnessed a case where she ate chips during exchanges in a court custody battle. Then made the comment that she could care less because she was going to the Olympics that year and just wanted to get out of that court room and she would probably never see them again anyway. She was rude, not professional at all and a bit bipolar! That child is 15 and in a mess where Carmen Bosch placed her. May God have mercy on that woman's soul and any child that stands before her.

In my divorce case, the Judge's Final Divorce Decree dissolving a 44 year marriage included several illegal awards to plaintiff dealing with the defendant's federal pension and other retirement accounts. Specifically she awarded 100% of at least one IRA; alimony amounting to one-half of defendant's federal pension gross each month to include all future COLA adjustments including those after the date the divorce complaint was filed; the survivor benefits associated with defendant's federal pension; and additional alimony of $159 per month to pay for half of the survivor benefits.

All in violation of 30-2-51, Code of Alabama 1965.

Further, immediately after the divorce trial, she made the awards dividing 44 years of marital property. As a result, she did not consider the divorce and alimony law stated above and errors were made. The Judge presides over divorce cases and obviously did not know the divorce and alimony law. Further she saw no need to consider the awards overnight or longer to be sure her awards were lawful. Shame on you, Judge Bosch. Judicial incompetence and bias is unforgiveable.

Judge Bosch has failed to recuse herself in an ongoing custody battle and have recently learned she has ties to the other party. During our last hearing, she refused to allow testimony from Plantiffs side and has dismissed motions for contempt against the Defendant. The Defendant has refused court ordered visitation with child numerous times and each complaint is dismissed. Now, per Judge Boschs orders, the maternal grandmother even has supervised visitation (grandmother has never broken a law or even received a speeding ticket and defendant lied in court) to which the defendant has since refused to give. In the process of notifying judicial inquiry commission for investigation.

Agree with all previous comments. Totally ignored facts, allowed other party to get away with lies even after admitting to them, did not act in the interest of the child, did not listen to the child psychologist recommendations, unlawfully didn't allow facts prior to the previous order in court-even though the previous order was through mediation and the facts were never heard by the court. Did not seem to care about the case but to be paying attention to computer the whole time.

Poor and pathetic and highly unprofessional. Simply collecting a pay check. A lazy and biased judge. Ignores evidence, even that which is undisputed. Does not look at best interest of a child. Bottom 1 percent and highly unprofessional among state court judges across the country. A judge should never act impulsively, insult the tax paying parties who are paying her salary and rule without contemplation. Alabama is ready for a better, more contemplative and more mature trier of fact. Time to get out of the Stone Age and do away with judges who are
lazy, biased and archaic thinkers who know the court of appeals are unlikely to reverse their uninformed and biased decisions.
