Lance Bailey is a HORRIFIC Judge that is BY FAR the furthest from "The People," and should be removed from his position of power, most certainly *NOT* RE-ELECTED into it, unopposed! A judge of the people doesn't openly parade his personal friendships, and partiality to siding- with "certain lawyers" across the courtroom. Especially to the side that couldn't afford to hire one.
Nor does he allow said lawyer to decide, of all the documents the defendant presents to defend themselves and prove the truth, exactly which will be allowed into evidence. For example, the defendant presents multiple monthly drug screens, preformed by their doctor due to a pain management contract, and then presents their prescription history for that span of time, showing that every positive shown on the screens were backed up by a prescription legally. When the judge asked said lawyer, what do you think? He replied, I'd definitely allow the drug screens because they show some positives, but not be prescription records, because none of them are notarized.
Hmm.. Well, neither were any of the drug screen records? But you accepted those!
And achieved your goal of legally documenting positive drug records on the defendant, which was the goal in the first place!
Because this case also involves a spiteful ex husband and father who THANKS TO JUDGE BAILEY, had already achieved full custody of their minor child, leaving the exwife to only get 4 hours SUPERVISED visitation a week.
3 years prior The judge fully took away custody and visitation rights of a mother with absolutely no proof or history/ background of abuse or neglect of any nature.
This mother and child were inseparable from each other until said incident, but thanks to judge Bailey, said mother has not seen her child in 4 years. BAILEY should be disbarred.

[Redacted by Ed.] He is living in Dark Ages oh, he is not helping Society he is compounding the troubles the riskiest part of the population already have. He is putting them in a position of certain failure. It is a disgrace a disgrace anybody is having their civil liberties taken away and being confined for possessing cannabis. I don't care if it's the law fix the ---- law then. But do not stand behind your phony robe in prehistoric not to mention founded and racism law and tell me you're just doing your job. No, doing your job would be making sure the justice system doesn't put people in jail for their inability to pay a fine. That's not a criminal act. It is cowardly thinking on a judge's part. It is a lack of insight into the lives of the people this [Redacted by Ed.] is supposed to be residing over. It is a sign of a privilege that the judge might be too wrapped up in himself to even recognize he has. Anyone who stands in hides behind a robe and a law that is so outdated and not founded with the interest of the public or the safety of the public at heart. And anyone who stands behind a phony Road and the law and puts a person in jail because of their inability to pay a fine is a level of [Redacted by Ed.] stupid that I can't even explain. Because good judge you dumb fuck why don't you tell me how an incarcerated person is going to pay that fine. People like this [Redacted by Ed.]

I am an attorney and I practice in several different jurisdictions. I must compliment this judge. He understands the rules of procedure and is fair. He truly seems to understand "his" community as a district court judge should do. Thanks, Judge!
