Keri is to Family Court as Trump was to the white house. Neither one has the qualifications for the job. I have been in front of her many times and she NEVER once made a good decision for anyone involved. It was always a decision made of the cuff that always seemed to make things worse. Judge Mizel was tough but applied common sense with her decisions. I'm sure that there is some branch of law that Keri would be suited by but she is NOT a family court judge nor in my humble opinion "unless she has an incredible change of heart" will she ever be one. Keri was a an attorney with Ulster DSS before becoming a judge. Those two jobs are just so far apart in their requirements. She comes across as been cold and clinical. All possible assets as a DSS attorney. But surely our family court judges should have access to compassion and warmth in order to make decisions in the best interest of the children. I have NEVER experienced that with Keri. Just cold and clinical.

How can a judge be hired in family court that has no experience as a family court attorney? It would be like hiring a pilot to fly 747's who had only experience in flying light aircraft.???Her decisions are not based on the facts but based on personal judgement. In my case The children's welfare WAS NOT taken into consideration. I Experienced extreme mental health Bias.

Demonstrates extreme biased regarding matters of mental health. I don’t feel she has ability to put aside her personal feelings regarding mental health treatment. She seems to be completely impartial in matters of finances, education, and child welfare. However, she seems to lack understanding and trust in the effectiveness of professional mental health treatment. She also does not acknowledge the comments and recommendations, written or otherwise, from mental health professionals.

This judge is the most biased judge ive ever seen. If i could give her a -5 i would nothing fair or honorable about this women who thinks shes knows whats best for our children. I have now written a grivence to Albany about her. Lets get her off the bench.
