Civil Litigation - Private

Rating:1.8
Comments:
This is quite possibly the worst judge I have ever witnessed in a 25-year legal career. She already knows how she will rule on every issue and is immune to both evidence and law. Her tactics are outrageous for a judge. She should be removed.

Civil Litigation - Private

Rating:1.9
Comments:
Crump's first concern was how long my trial would take, because we started on a Friday before a holiday weekend and she didn't want/care to have it pick back up Tuesday. So we only had a one day trial.

She seemingly had her decision made before we started, but the real kicker is during lunch recess she let the defendants council look over all my exhibits during recess, instead of entering them as they came through. So they got the upper hand on deciding how to handle some bombshells.

Ultimately she let a cheating, embezzling, lying woman have custody of my sweet child, while I got your basic "visitation" order.
