This judge does not follow due process, he act's as if there is not Constitution to follow. He does not provide notice of charges prior to sending out goon's to bust in the door of private people, and traffic's people to jail to sit, and does not have anyone brought to court prior to capias to allow for the people to know what they are being charged for. He will continue cases for years, making increased hardship for people to have a job and a life while continuing to require monthly appearances before him and if one hearing is missed, equals a knock warrant. He continues with hearings, when Jurisdiction is challenged, never proving anything on the record. He and his transcriptionist, will charge $1000 for a transcript knowing the people do not have the money. He will use his position to arrest 3-4 times on the same charge, and continually cause people to sit in jail due to inability to pay, putting people in peonage and slavery conditions. He fraudulently sign's that the people before him "have the ability to pay" when he is aware they do not. He refuses to allow for assistance of counsel and forces everyone into contract with BAR member's,violating due process. He does not play neutral party in the courtroom, making ruling's from the bench everytime I have been in his courtroom. At one time he was the judge sitting on the bench hearing CPS cases, while his wife was a the head of CASA working with same cases. He is not enforcing "law" he is enforcing statutes, codes and rules, which are for employee's of the organization, he is applying these to people who never worked for the City or County, under "Color of Law", the people do not qualify to be brought into court for statututes, codes and rules. The "law" says we must VOLUNTARILY come to court and concent to the proceedings, having the people kidnapped and trafficed, held for ransom under threat of further harm, is not voluntary. I could go on but one a should be able to see that this "judge" is acting in bad faith, with unclean hands, benefits financially for each case he sit's on and has no respect to the people!

Ignores Jurisdictional Challenge, illegally claiming his own jurisdiction. Entering plea's and continuing cases where jurisdiction has been challenged. Arresting and holding people in jail for extended amounts of time, setting extremely high cash bond's, denying due process.
