I am so pissed off at Michael Chitty he does not give a damn about Texas Constitution. Where is my American Due Process, for the love of God? First Area Admin Judge appointed Active Retired Jokester Michael Chitty to handle my DF 1911010 Dallas County Civil Court case. The Court deleted files and TX AG, a party to my case, is unable to retrieve the records. WTF. I'm still married to an illicit drug abuser named Stephen Louis Plunkett who tested positive for illicit drugs and testified to receiving illicit drugs for free from strangers off the street and who has my son and my separate property. I've had about 8 different judges now and no one cares. This is the worst judge braindead slow MOFO to have ever sat on the "bench" in Dallas County, Texas. Literally, Chitty has had over six months of "active retired" judicial pay to sit on Chitty's fat rear end as an observer in 254 Kim Brown's court. Fun fact: Did you know Kimberly Brown was a former TXDFPS CPS employee attorney who deleted records while at TXDFPS CPS? And you wonder why the kids at the border go missing...
