Comments:
I am not rating her performance; I am concerned that neither she nor ANY OTHER judge in Texas had said anything about the slander of her that is the transcript that was used in a recent appeal by an attorney who was disbarred in her courtroom. The transcript used to appeal in November of 2016 is different than the transcript used to appeal in August of 2019. That case was brought to the Supreme Court of Texas, denied, but has since been engaged in numerous crimes. Why has no one with a bar membership said anything about this?

Judge Kelsey was voted out of office by the Bexar County citizens but she can still apply to sit on cases by designation and approval by other courts. Recuse her if she does get appointed on your case.

Read what the San Antonio Express News wrote about this Judge in 2 separate editorials, and you will understand why the voters removed her from office. Run away if you get her by designation.

She is called by her home town newspaper, the San Antonio Express News, the worse judge in the State Of TExas.
