If you're a plaintiff, you are golden. If you are a connected plaintiff's attorney, or a Democrat, you can't lose. He is also the grumpiest jurist in the county and has an ego that is astounding. He was a family law attorney and knows nothing about the law. If you get assigned to him, plan on an appeal, because his rulings are based purely on donations and political affiliation. He is, quite simply, a horrible judge.
