I told him about the abuse and he instructed cps to talk to me about it. They did not and I told him I wanted to go to trial because I wanted to tell the full truth. So I didn't accept the offer the other side presented. I ended up not having trial and my abusive ex has my son. I filed a modification and even if though I was within right to he wouldn't let me speak and made me wait additional six mo. He's threatened my ex more than once with jail, after that I still had to file enforcement for the same issue. My son behavior changed, he punched his sister and has kicked her in the face. He also started hiding and fighting us not to leave to go to his father's. He started peeing and pooping in his pants, which is a sign of trauma.. It took me over a year to get him into play therapy. The Judge told me that he didn't want to see me/my ex in the courtroom. I told him I don't want to be here, alas we are where we are. He told me to stop talking. He didn't follow the Family Code Sec 153 and my son today told me he doesn't want to go to his dad's. He has a older sister, they didn't care and sperated them. He was only 18 mo and now he's 5 yrs old. He says he cares about the child's best interest but I don't feel that way anymore. All I want is what's best for my children, my ex doesn't care about that. He wants control and even though he's broken the order hubitually since 2017 nothing is done about it. I have proof and it's never looked at. He rushes everyone, yet surprised to see me shortly after. He doesn't honor his word.

Completely unethical and unprofessional. Very biased and partial. He is a hypocrite and very discriminatory. No patience and breaks every ethical standard of the Court room and his code to protect civilians and our rights. Instead protects his own political interests.

Worried only about his own agenda and to elevate his own ego. Capricious in ruling; favors certain attorneys, firms, and prosecutors. Has been caught multiple times violating Judicial Code of Ethics, but gets away with wrist slap because of politics.
