This is not about pro father, or pro mother. It is about pro kickbacks from the constant merry-go-round of the court ordered evaluations of her favorite donors that cost upwards of $20,000 or more. Mandatory mediation after having previous mediations throughout the years with no success which cost more than $10,000. Court ordered therapy for the child outside of the therapist they’ve been seeing for 6+ years. All out of pocket and not in network with insurance. You can sit in the waiting room and see other parents that are having to spend that amount regardless of if they have the financial means or not.

This judge has exparte communication multiple times in close chambers of her office. If you were wanting to win in her court, you better get with her favorite attorneys. Even during the election, four years ago, other attorneys did not wanna run against her for fear of pending cases in her court.

Evidently I don't know how she made it as a judge if she doesn't know the law and if she's all about the mother eventually a father is not going to deal with that too well she better learn what fair means...

Extremely prejudice against Fathers and men in general from what I could tell. Completely disregarded evidence and was lazy to the point of incredulity when issuing a ruling. She's a California Democrat who does not have Texas values. She's a dangerous person to have sitting in judgement of Texans and she must be voted out in 2022 and invited back to California. We don't need her services in Texas based on her own performance and decisions.

Notorious for ex parte communications with opposing counsel. Threat therapy two children that have been abused. Disregards evidence that was presented in court prior to her being elected. Failure to record motion to confer with children when strictly put in the filings. Places children with abusers. Forces court appointed therapist that charge an extreme amount of money and if not complied with face jail. Refuses to acknowledge the recommendations of counselors she appointed. Since children to abusers and mental homes for disclosing abuse. Threat therapy to children If they do not Reunify with their abuser.
