Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: TX756
Rating:7.6
Comments:
Judge Molberg is thoughtful, thorough, and unlike many state court judges in Texas, will actually rule on your motion from the bench. He generally seems to have reviewed the papers prior to each hearing.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: TX343
Rating:4.9
Comments:
Judge Molberg was fair; he hated all the parties to our case equally. He also prefers to push litigants towards what he believes is an appropriate solution rather than applying the law.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: TX159
Rating:1.8
Comments:
Any employment defense attorney would have to be cognitively impaired to try a case before this guy. It's sad he actually got on the bench.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: TX28
Rating:4.5
Comments:
A plaintiff's lawyer in a black robe.
