Comments:
McFarling spoke to my Ex on the stand in a baby like voice, talking to her as if she was his daughter. He obviously has a strong bias for younger good looking woman (my attorney said this). He also accused me of lying about something that my Ex's attorney was not even bringing up - he didn't ask for clarification, he just assumed b/c I'm a dad I must be a liar. It's incredibly sad to see a judge acting like this in America.

he was only concerned on father paying child support, rather than a mountain of evidence of mom being a drunk. Congrats Judge, she got a DWI (over .15 BAC) and wrecked her car on a day in which she was supposed to have custody. At least another judge fixed his errors.

Fair. Will hear both sides before making an educated ruling.
