Comments:
extremely biased in favor of husband in divorce. ignored statute texas family code law involving jurisdicition took our divorce case even though neither of us had lived in texas or denton county since may 2005 . neither of us were in any of the hearings but the first and last. neither of us lived in texas from 2005 thru and including 2015. judge went forward with case even though wife had broken ribs and doctors affidavit unable to withstand any hearing . judge refused to acknowledge and delay case until wife was able to physically withstand a trial . horrible outcome for wife. judge left wife with no home though there were four left in the divorce. one wife was caring for and living in, another had wifes separate funds in the home of over $300,000 . judge ignored wifes complaints over husband spending recklessly on paramour during the divorce. judge recognized very little of the reckless spending of husband. judge failed to attend an oct 2014 hearing for final divorce settlement in court. judge was absolutely non sensical in his decisions even to take the case to begin with he admitted this indecision in court in nov 2012 whether to take the case at all, took it even though husband admitted to not living in state or county
