My husband, a former lawyer who is disbarred in Texas, did not reside with my family in Texas — creating a gap of 10 years of not fully knowing his lifestyle. However, I consulted with law enforcement agencies to receive details in his habitual DWI’s, an extensive research prior to the divorce.

Associate Judge Walter Armatys was not our choice to hear our divorce case, Judge Ron Pope a well-grounded, respected and Honorable Judge.

Associate Judge Walter Armatys refused our legal mediation in August 2016. He chose to victimize me, not my husband who clearly was reaching out to me on the phone and in court. Armatys refused every legal civil liberties in Texas to me while I clearly wa a Stay At Home Mom proven to be responsible with my teenagers 24/7. School activities included debate, and Good Citizenship by attending Sugar Land City Council meetings and blockwalking for the Republican Party candidate Pete Olson who asked us to participate in the Fort Bend County parade on his float.

Associate Judge Walter Armatys continuously denied my mature 15 year old from attending his own choice of education. He was previously enrolled in parochial school and legitimate bona-fide private homeschool. Walter Armatys coerced back into public and it was in November while my 15 year old understandably would have to makeup all of the beginning of August-November to catch up. Simultaneously, my husband was proven in another court that he himself was driving illegally since 2014. (2 years before the divorce) while Armatys knew this and threatened me in his divorce court, “If you do not allow your boys to ride with their dad, I will take it out on you in the end!”

Associate Judge Walter Armatys’ conduct to a proven and outstanding Stay At Home Mom indicates to my family he is not a well-person.

Walter Armatys inundated himself into our lives with his immorality and misplaced scolding. He is investigated and is known to be cruel. He is a coercive control individual with a mocking personality who needs medical assistance.
