You will never find another judge like Judge Higbee. You can definitely tell that he cares about each person who walks in the courtroom, and wants them to succeed (juvenile delinquents, foster parents, foster children, drug-addicted parents, et cetera). He is extremely intelligent, and treats everyone with respect.
