Andrew Stone refused to protect a completely incapacitated person from a sexual predator. Testimony and evidence that the predator had a history of non consenual sodomy were ignored. The judge never met the incapacitated person. The predator claimed that his previous repeted non-consentual sodomy episodes were "an accident." The predator may now spend 21 days at a time with the victim, unsupervised. As the guardian, I will have to deal with this ruling for the rest of my life. Meanwhile, the defenseless individual will continue to be used for the sexual pleasure of a pervert.
