Judge Bagley appeared surprisingly unprofessional in my case, although he had no choice to dismiss it, without hearing any evidence he believed the case against me and berated me when it was completely unnecessary and unreasonable to do so. A big disappointment for a judge to be so biased and partial without hearing evidence from both sides.
