What others have said about Hon. Bruce C. Lubeck

Comment #: UT298
Actual experience was his inability to accept relevant data that would have changed the course of the trial. He had strong opinions during the trial and they were evident in his ruling. He should not be on the bench.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: UT223
He's been on the bench too long, and has become a judge who opines based on personal bias and feeling rather than on law and evidence. His rulings lack any reference to statute or case law; he simply shoots from the hip and dares one to appeal.

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: UT39
Doesn't apply basic hornbook law, and cases before him take too long and cost too much because of it.
