Mr. Paul D Lyman conduct is court is outrageous. Our daughter filed for a protective for her son after he complasind of being sexually abused by his father. In court our family was accussed of being untrutful and we did not get the oppturnity to state what the child had told us. The DCFS worker told the judge that the child had reported to the Det investigating the case he had been touched inappropriatly. Mr Lyman dismissed the case and told the father that if he had did this to stop. And the told us that we should not talk about is the child is 5 years old and will forget. This is such an outrageous statement. Mr Lyman has not business being on the bench.
