Does not deserve to wear the black robe. I was unfairly dragged into Alexandria District Court several years ago for a case that was dismissed with prejudice in a Maryland court. "Baby Haddock" (Judge Donald M. Haddock, Jr.) unfairly ruled against me despite the fact that the court did not have jurisdiction to hear a case that was already decided in another court, and I was never a resident of Virginia nor worked in Virginia. After I filed a motion to recuse baby Haddock from my case, it was assigned to Moore, who recused herself citing her position as a colleague of baby Haddock for the reason of the recusal. No guts, no heart, so what is the point of sitting on the bench if you're just going to bury your head in the sand?
