Probably the worst judge in Virginia.

The legislature must consider removing Judge Farris from the bench. Although, as far as I understand, he has outlived reappointment; his judicial temperament offends lawyers (on both sides of a case) and litigants alike. I, along with opposing counsel in multiple cases, have made attempts to avoid our cases landing on Judge Farris's docket for fear he will fail to comprehend the matter before him and knowing he will (rudely) disallow counsel from present their respective positions.
