Comments:
He is powerful and has a nasty temper. He violated my mildly disabled friend's rights when he was too incompetent to defend himself quickly when the accuser lied to the judge and judge did not hear his side of the case. Beware! Avoid breaking laws, or just stay out of that district! He sides with the complaint, always. He is known to jail innocents and petty nonviolent criminals and the disabled. Everyone is scared of him in Virginia. They claim that they could not put a benevolent judge on the bench, so consider it a death sentence if you have to face him.
