Because this court screwed up years ago when I was a poor single mom living far away I had never gotten anything from my first husband. After 20 years was finally given part of exhusband's military pension. He sleazed out of paying all of it while waiting 9 mos for the govt to take over by saying he was withholding some for taxes?? Highly illegal. Amount was too low to hire lawyer<$1500 so I represented myself & lost out once again due to Judge Banks not liking an order he signed and not giving me a chance to explain why it was worded the way it was by my former bad lawyer, Jeffries.

My ex, unbeknownst to me owed me about $200,000 that I should have gotten over 20 years from a pension. I was not able to recover it but he was supposed to pay me going forward. He did not pay the agreed upon amount. I requested he be held in contempt. Banks was not prepared and did not seem to understand my arguments and wouldn't let me speak. I got a feeling he was a bros before hoes type. He said that something in the order was wrong but my ex lawyer wrote it and Judge Banks signed it! How is it my fault? And there was a reason it was written that way but I was never given a chance to explain. But he still used it against ME and that's more money I've lost to this legal theft.
