So, it would seem that, even now, the Depp simps are wrongly portraying Azcarate the incompetent as being fair & impartial, even when she had no jurisdiction to oversee the trial.

Technically, it should have happened in California, as that's where Amber lived, but the Depp simps don't realize that the location of a newspaper's servers are a non-factor in legal matters.

And, they're STILL mad that Depp invalidated his lawsuit by accepting $1 million from Amber's insurance; Travelers wouldn't pay out if there's malice.

Sad to hear we're now finding out the Dishonorable Azcarate presided over the Depp v. Heard defamation trial in a way that no honorable judge would ever dare try.

As multiple credible lawyers have stated, the trial never should have been allowed to happen in Virginia, since there was no jurisdictional relationship there.

Hopefully, when Amber is allowed to tell her truth, it'll end not just the acting career of Depp, but the legal careers of Azcarate, Vasquez, Chew, & hopefully even shut down Brown Rudnick.

So, if what I've heard is correct, because of Depp agreeing to the settlement, he practically saved the legal careers of Ratmille, Ben Chewin' My Ass, & the Dishonorable Azcarate.

If he would have let Amber's appeal go through, she very likely would have succeeded in getting the jury's verdict vacated, which would have proved that Vasquez, Chew, & Azcarate truly are legal hacks that don't deserve to work in the legal field.

So, if what I've read from prominent lawyers on Twitter is true, then Depp may have saved the legal careers of the Dishonorable Azcarate, Ratmille, & Ben Chewin' My Ass.

If Amber's appeal had been allowed to go through with, the Virginia jury's verdict would have been vacated, and that would have killed the legal careers of Azcarate, Vasquez, & Chew.

It's only because Depp knew he would lose the appeal that he ended up agreeing to the settlement which still ended up rendering the jury's verdict essentially non-existent.

But, here's still to hoping that Virginia voters will keep the settlement in mind when they vote to kick the Dishonorable Azcarate off the bench. Hell, maybe she can go work as a judicial consultant for Fox News before they get shut down thanks to Smartmatic & Dominion.

Judge Azcarate was fair and thorough, anyone saying otherwise didn’t watch the trial in full. It’s childish to think leaving your off topic comments and vengeful inaccurate spam ratings are going to do anything. This isn’t a forum, no one wants to hear your whining. Go back to Twitter.

Additionally, the Jury was spot on in their decision making process. If you lie on the stand, people see right through that. That’s what happened multiple times while she was on the stand. She damaged her own case. Justice was served, and truth always wins.

Aside from her settling, Amber Heard’s insurance companies are suing her.. on top of that she committed perjury in 3 countries. Anyone still blindly defending her is defending her because she made a mockery of the me two movement, and because of that.. going back on that would make the movement look worse than it already does. The more people defend her the more it goes to show you it’s not about finding out the truth for them.. it’s to believe all women no matter what even if they lied and committed multiple acts of abuse themselves on NUMEROUS people. It’s pathetic, and the majority of people saw right through all of it.

Once the investigation in Australia is complete (fast approaching and only a matter of time) she will be tried for Perjury there first. She created these problems for herself. Between the lawsuits from the insurance companies and her own acts of perjury - she only has herself to blame for her own undoing. No matter what legal team she would have hired, lies have a way of catching up to you and coming out. So, apparently, Depp the Abuser's fans don't understand how the law works.

The settlement Depp & Heard agreed to states neither defamed the other, thereby legally overruling the incompetent jury's verdict; if anything, after reading the amicus brief from Heard & her legal team, Jawny & his loser lawyers realized she'd win the appeal, thereby ruining Depp, so Vasquez & Chew convinced Depp to agree to the settlement. I mean, if Depp thought he'd win the appeal, then why did he sign the settlement?
Also, the fact that Heard didn't have to admit guilt, and isn't bound by a gag order/NDA, Depp's fans are the Trumpers of the entertainment world.

So, as it turns out, even Jawny realized that the Dishonorable Azcarate's ruling would not hold up in the appellate court, as he just reached a settlement with Heard that will see her homeowner's insurance pay him $1M (meaning Amber herself pays nothing) while he also agrees to dismiss his defamation lawsuit with prejudice (in other words, the jury verdict is nullified).

So, at this point, when Azcarate comes up for re-election, her opponent needs to use the news about the settlement in their campaign ads against her so that she gets kicked off the bench.

Azcarate is finished as a judge, and so are Vasquez & Chew as laywers.

I see a lot of people who believe that Mrs. Penney Azcarate is patient and fair, so I’d like to add a few points of my personal, non-celebrity case, with one attorney present. The person who sat so patiently through ALL of the testimonies, back and forth, days and days of this and that was NOT AT ALL that patient with community families that she is to serve. So, from the front row seat that I have seen her rule from, without millions of people watching…., her supposed patience, fair and etc demeanor/attitude or rulings are did not appear to provided the same patience/fairness to those who CANNOT afford attorneys… So; with all due respect.. check her out on a regular day, with everyday people who try to make a good living for their families or for their child/ren in Virginia and that cannot afford to spend all of their retirement on legal matters that a logical justice system should realize when judges are not educated or logical enough to uphold the constitutional rights of citizens and/or parents and children. No nee evidence can come into the appeal and I note that when the documents were unsealed Heard's mountain of medical evidence failed to materialize anyway!
Judge Azcarate was fair to both parties and rightly prevented hearsay and prejudicial information from tainting the jury - on BOTH sides. The trolls need to give up. During the first two weeks after the trial thousands of position ratingowerr put for judge Azcarate on this feedback - the powers that be know all these pathetic bad reviews are just sour grapes. Unfortunately, Amber Heard has been paying good money to dirty hacks and cyber bullies for >6 years to slander Johnny Depp and everybody who refuses to slander him for her shady pro-women agenda based on lies. It's a disgrace to see the threats and lies in the comments left on this feedback site by Heard supporters who simply cannot accept the verdict.
The evidence was presented to the jury and they came to the verdict that many millions agree with.
This was a fair and open trial and the recently unsealed documents reinforce this.

So, apparently, the Johnny Depp trolls found out about this page & are wrongly praising a judge whose likely to get disbarred for what several legal experts are calling judicial misconduct.

By the way, when the appellate court vacates the jury's verdict b/c of Azcarate's incompetent handling of the trial, I hope Amber & her legal team file complaints with the Virginia State Bar & get Azcarate disbarred.

Oh, and after the verdict is tossed by the appellate court, I hope Amber sues Depp in California & ends his career.

Azcarate is about to find out what happens when you take the side of a man about to be exposed as complete scum.

I am a paralegal for litigants, so I have spent considerable time in court.

I watched the Depp vs. Heard trial.

1. I am glad Judge Ascarate allowed this trial to be televised. I have serious concerns about what Heard would be trying to get away with had she not. Heard and her counsel have demonstrated that they are all pathological liars that engaged in trickery throughout the trial. Honesty is not a quality Heard, Bredehoft or Rottenborn possess; there is no shame in their games.

2. Judge Ascarate was 100% fair and impartial, and it is disgusting how Heard's minions have come for her. It is nothing short of more shameful and disgusting behaviors from Heard's counsel and fans who blindly follow Heard.

3. Heard needs to accept defeat and move on. She doesn't have a leg to stand on and will be disappointed and more "broke" when the appellate court upholds the trial court's decision of the jury.

4. Heard will take this to the U.S. Supreme Court "if she has to." As if the SCOTUS would agree to hear her case -- that is not happening. Bredehoft isn't going to tell Heard it is a worthless cause because Bredehoft is inept and sees nothing but $$$ signs as she convinces Heard she has chances that she doesn't. Not only is that hilarious, but someone needs to tell Heard to stop making herself a fool, take the loss, pay off Johnny, and walk away; for the love of God, walk AWAY!.

Bredehoft and her client are ridiculous and criminal -- they need to stop their insanity.

I watched the entire Johnny Depp v Amber Heard trial, and Judge Azcarate has the patience of a saint! Very fair and decisive in her actions. Strong. Ethical. Self sufficient. Served in armed forces, WHILE attending law school. Helped create Veterans Treatment Docket. 2008, became 1st female Judge to serve on General District Court Bench & 1st female Chief Judge of 19th District. All in all, Judge Azcarate has restored my faith in the Judicial system!

She had an amazing mind, sharp no nonsense, but compassionate. It doesn't matter is your a rock star or common street hustler, she is going to treat you with the respect you deserve. No one gets special favors. Just be honest and she will be fair. You don't find many like her on the bench these days.

The most fair judge I have ever seen, nerv's out of steel. She listened to everybody, she is so NEUTRAL. If I should have a trial, I would love to have her as judge. No nonsence, no drama's, fact's, but she was not to hard either!! After these 6 weeks I thought she really deserves a good rate.
I whish her luck, health and all good things of this world for her life!! She earned it. ?????????????

Hon. Penney Azcarate has been a fair, unbiased and erudite in her ability and capability in handling complex cases such as the recent John C. Depp, II v. Amber Laura Heard (CL-2019-2911) trial.

It was highly educational and informative to witness a case that touched upon sensitive and sometimes severe topics and it was handled by this Judge in a manner that evokes faith in the public in the U.S. Judicial system.
